TWO ESSENTIAL SERVICES

Sampling Process.Sampling of all new articles entails a gate process with formal approval at every stage.Design and prototyping.Issue of designs and production of prototypes; Approval by technical office, quality division and the client.Product sampling.Analysis of samples and inspection reports; Issue of inspection checklists and revision of the specifications and inspection plan; Approval by quality division and client; First production; Inspection of production lot (Military standard) and production report; Quality approval.

Monitoring Process (Fresh Selection).To guarantee the quality of our products, the goods supplied are periodically monitored with inspections carried out by operators specialised in the reselection of glass bottles and jars. Following every inspection, reselection reports are issued with quantification and classification of defects for batch approval, with consequent extension of checks or rejection to producer. Reselection of the entire batch or statistical inspection to UNI ISO 2859:2003 standards is always carried out for: new articles or new suppliers; special productions/articles with high quality levels; non-conformities detected on previous production lots.
